Insured travelers can now log directly into their CISI Participant Portal to:
- Submit new claims online
- View the status of their existing claims
- Access to explanation of benefits
Using the portal is the fastest and most efficient way to manage claims.
How to Access The Portal
Go to www.mycisi.com and click on “Login to myCISI.”
Once in the portal, click on “Claim Info and Submissions” followed by “Submit Claim & Check the Status Online”
How to submit a claim for reimbursement

Claims you have submitted will be listed on the Claims/Participant Claims List page:

Processing Time
Claims are typically processed within 10–15 business days.
Inquiries
For questions about their policy or the status of a claim, participants can contact CISI at:
CISI aims to respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours.
Participants should take advantage of the portal for quicker processing and easier access to claim information.

When Submitting Claims by Email
Participants may continue to submit claims by email if they prefer.

Attach your documents as PDF or JPEG files, including a completed claim form.
Please do not embed images in the body of the email, as they cannot be processed.
